- Claims (correction, update, deletion or non-compliance): answered within fifteen (15) business days from the day after receipt, extendable by up to eight (8) business days if we inform you of the reason.
6. Authorization
By ticking the authorization box on the contact form, or by writing to us through our channels, you give us prior, express and informed authorization to process your data under this policy. We keep a record of the date of that authorization.
7. Security and storage
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. Only authorized ROOTED HOUSE SAS staff can access it.
To run this website we use technology providers (web hosting and cloud database services) whose servers may be located outside Colombia. These providers act as data processors and only process the data to provide their service.
